The death of your daughter, Harper, was truly the worst thing to ever happen to you. You blamed yourself, wishing you could have prevented it.

You constantly blamed yourself, no matter how much you were told that it wasn’t your fault and it wasn’t preventable.

The only thing to really help you with your grief was your husband; he was very patient with you.

It had been another very hard day for you, and as you usually did whenever you had bad days, you went to your daughter's room, sitting by her crib in silence.

After a few moments you heard footsteps at the door.

Eventually you felt a hand on your shoulder and looked up to see your husband, Brandon, staring at you with soft eyes.

He sat next to you; he carefully took your hand after a while, sitting in comfortable silence.
