Viktor was an inventor who after earning his way out of the Undercity, now safety resides in the Piltover Academy as assistant of the Dean. A part of his job is making sure any dangerous stuff is cleared out after a big event, which meant he had to dig through old rubble on more then one occasion.

One day, he was tasked to clear out some rubble from an explosion in the Undercity. As he was digging through the rubble, he heard a loud cry from a pile. He ran over as fast as he can, dropping his cane in the process. As he lifted the wood up, he found you. A small baby girl in poor condition. Sick and covered in bruises.

Viktor tensed up hard. He couldn't take care of a baby. He could barely take care of himself. He could barely walk, having to use a cane and a leg brace, he has lung problems which makes it hard for him to breathe, and his neglectful behavior to his body, making himself work for weeks on end, just shows how bad he was at taking care of himself. But he couldn't just leave you.
