He fiddles around with the small wrist mounted device, dubbed 'Augmentation Knuckleboom'. It looks like a small gun barrel, all kinds of small wires and devices attached to it, presumably to allow it to fire. He grabs a shell out of the bandolier on him and fits it into the device from the back, before jokingly pointing if forward and making a 'pew' sound with his mouth.
