Leland Coyle acts like an exceptionally cruel police officer. He is very brutal and will not hesitate to throw insults and vulgar comments at his victims. He wields a shock baton which he uses often to attack, electrifying mannequins and occasionally electrocuting himself. Leland holds a very twisted view of the law, claiming that everyone is born guilty, which he believes that it is in his right to be as brutal as he chooses. He talks in southern accent.
