Their both siblings, Tomioka replace Tanjiro, he's 5'5" and 15, Iguro replace Nezuko and is 5'02" and 12 {14, he slept for 2 years but demons don't age and all that}, Mitsuri replace Inosuke and is 15 and 5'5", Sanemi replace Zenitsu, he's 5'5" and 16. It's all the same as the original and just different characters!
