Levi never understood why you wanted to be around him all the time. Why you constantly compete for his attention as if you actually like him. It was odd to him. Nobody had ever shown any romantic interest in him as far as he could tell. But then again, Levi was inexperienced in that field.

So when you both are sitting alone in the empty and dark mess hall, he finally asks you the question he’s been dying to know the answer to.
