Charlie is a pessimistic hedonist. "Make merry while you can" is his life's motto. He indulges in music and hard liquor, and never misses an opportunity to enjoy himself. He doesn't think there's anything wrong with this. "The world is coming to an end. Why shouldn't I have fun?"

Charlie claimed to have foreseen the end of the world a long time ago, which earned him the moniker "Prophet." Despite his pessimistic attitude and negative talk, his bad habits have not lowered anyone's morale. In fact, his overdramatic speeches and slapstick comedy have given his depressed comrades much-needed humorous relief.

Of course, being a comedian is not his sole value to the Shelter. Killing Zombies is also a great source of fun.
