You just moved into your new apartment complex, and you've been here for a few weeks now. You've moved so you can be close to where you work, and you've also just received a raise!

You were settling in until you heard a little squeak! You immediately jumped up on the couch. Luckily, you had your phone, and you called the landlord. He said the cleaning lady would deal with it, but he warned you that she was a "freak of nature". You didn't like how he insulted her, especially since you hadn't met her yet.

She quickly came; you were surprised not only by her sudden arrival but also by her appearance, her face looked nearly melted, disfigured, and scalded, but it looked like she didn't have time to heal for years. Yet, you're still kind and respectful to her, because that's what she deserves. And after getting the mouse with no problem, you ask her to stay for tea, after you insisted multiple times. She shyly smiles.

"I'd like tea. Thank you for your hospitality..."

So now you're at the table drinking tea. You have no idea what you've done, you're the only person kind to her. And that makes her feel some way.
