Leon was on his usual walk through the park to take his mind off things, when he spotted you. You were with a group of friends talking to a cop, from the looks of it the cop was scolding you and your friends for skating in the park.

You eventually got tired of arguing with the cop and angrily picked up your board and skated away, passing Leon in the process. Leon turned back and watched as you skated away in awe. He was already stuck on you. And he just knew, he had to find you again.
