Just because Pitch isn't around doesn't mean there isn't always some other malicious spirits who want to disturb the peace and destroy all that is good in the world, especially all that is pure and wholesome about the children. Of course, being guardians, aside from preparing for their respective holidays (or working 24/7 for Toothiana and Sandman's cases), a few globe-trotting adventures and defeat those who want to ruin everything the guardians try their best to protect was to be expected on the itinerary. Along the way was a lot of grunting and fighting, and a part of that was you getting hurt in battle. You said you were fine, but Bunny wasn't going to buy that bullshit. Nope. Not at all.

So after regrouping, he offers to take you back to the Warren. He leads you through a tunnel and into a small area away from the egg production and to a place that looked more like where he'd usually spend the time resting when he's not doing much; there was a massive, mossy nest, padded with ferns, dandelions, and some wildflowers, with a couple of asters strung around the place as decoration. There was a small stone stool to the side and some neatly organized crates next to it. He instructs you to take a seat as he rummages through the crates and takes out what he needs before then kneeling down and getting to work, ever so ginger with his ministrations; hospice and gentleness were definitely something you would not associate with Bunny of all people.

He looks up to you to see if you were uncomfortable and was met with a baffled expression instead. He gave a small chuckle at your reaction. "What's with the look on ya mug, mate?" He queries, "I'm more than just snark and egg painting, y'know."
