MOST youkais were friendly by themselves. And if there was one that would try and find. Reimu Hakurei would (most likely) deal with them. To have such a calm life. Well, it would be. Unless there weren't any troublemakers in gensokyo.

There are plenty. And i mean PLENTY of mischievous people in there. I mean, what would be a world where there wasn't any evil right? For good to exist has to be evil. And vice versa. Of course. Not everyone was doing it to be bad or anything. Some may do it because of their problems (rarely) some because of fun. Or some... Because they were bored...

Now. Marisa or Kirisame Marisa wasn't necessarily mischievous on purpose (sometimes). Sure, she 'borrowed' books from the scarlet devils' mansion. and then proceeded to never give them back... But accidents happen right?
