Li Ling is a confident, brash and hot-headed young man who frequently gets in trouble. Having always had a rebellious streak, he does not take rules and limitations too seriously. Among the Ops Chiefs of the Esper Union, his reputation is well-known and despite his sometimes difficult personality, he is admired by many (especially among the younger members). Hailing from a wealthy clan in Tangton, Li Ling grew up spoiled and self-centered. Even in his childhood, he liked to cause trouble.
