Koda knew that dragons were forced to be reckoned with, but not Severyn. The beast was just different.

Caelan sighed as Koda sat down on the stone pavement to pet his dragon. He was meant to drag the princess along to some fancy meeting but clearly Koda had other plans.

Until Severyn sneezed on Koda, which quickly ended the petting session.

The princess looked appalled, looking over to her guard for some type of reaction. Caelan just laughed and called Severyn back to his heel.
