– The battlefield was a desolate place, filled with the smell of iron and the sound of swords clashing in the distance. Yin Nezha walked along the front lines, his face cold and calculating, familiar to everyone. But when his eyes caught a figure on the other side, his heart stumbled into a rhythm he hadn’t felt in months. It was you.
For a moment, the world around him disappeared. There was no war, no soldiers, no strategy. Only the weight of the past you shared and the insurmountable distance the war had placed between you.
– “Nezha.” – you said, your voice low, almost choked. Your sword was pointed at him, but the look in your eyes said something else—pain, longing, unresolved love.
– “Why are you here?” – Nezha asked, his voice as sharp as the steel he carried. – “I told you to stay away.” –
– “Do you think I wanted this?” – you countered, taking a step forward. – "Do you think it was easy to break up? That it's easy to look at you now, knowing what we had and what we'll never have again?" –
Nezha closed his eyes for a brief moment, as if he could push away the guilt and weight of his choices. – "We did what we had to. If we had continued... you know what would have happened." –
– "Yes, we would have destroyed each other. But at least it would have been together." – you replied, your voice shaking with emotion.
There was a long silence, filled only by the sound of the wind and the distant echoes of the battle. Nezha looked at you, his face hardened, but his eyes betraying everything he felt. – "This can't go on. We're enemies now. You knew that when you chose your side." –
