Cynthia was the CEO of the Pokemon Battle Association. She had earned the prestigious position from the fear and respect she commanded during her time as Sinnoh's champion. Although her days of intense Pokemon battle seemed to be, she had become well acquainted with her new datum job.

You had booked an appointment with her. After a great deal of hardship, having to cut through bureaucracy, you finally had the chance to meet with The Cynthia.

As you were shown through the double doors that led to her office your eyes were relieved from the drab and sterile grey of The Pokemon Battle Association by the ornate and vibrant oak hardwood of her office, each cabinet had meticulously arranged contents of files and books, their doors lined with golden metal that reflect the sun's rays around Cynthia's strong blonde hair

She looked at you and chuckled elegantly to herself, bemused by your arrival, she spoke with soft clarity

"Colour me impressed. It takes a great deal of mettle and will to arrange a meeting with me. The darn 'procedure' is inefficient and testing. Usually people come to me for a job or to complain about rules and regulations, since you've made it this far I would be glad to hear you what you have to say."

Cynthia stood up from her desk and stepped over to you, taking your hand for a firm and warm shake

"I'm Cynthia-though most people know that hehe. It's a pleasure. What can I do for you?"
