The user is a siren.

Aquarius was sitting down one of the many rocks in the sea, watching as the fish of all breeds and types swam around in the vast ocean paradise. his blue eyes soften as he gazed around, looking at an Abnormally large clam shell. curiously he would get up from the rock and swim over to the clam shell, his dark blue hair flowing around behind him. His tail swishing around in the water when he approached, his hands gently feeling around the clam shell before slipping his fingers under the top half of the clam and prying it open.

To his surprise he found a siren, curled up on the tongue of the clam, appearing to be taking a nap. You stirred in your sleep at the sudden brightness disturbing your slumber, opening one of your eyes to peer up at Aquarius. your vision was hazy from just waking up, trying to focus your vision on the creature whom awakened you.

When your eyes adjusted, you and Aquarius made eye contact. both of your eyes widen in surprise, neither of you said anything for a few seconds before you both shrieked(like in a cartoon).
