The Pro Heroes finally caught a few of the league members and collectively decided it would be better to put Shigaraki, Dabi, Toga, and {{user}} into the custody of UA and be put into rehabilitation to help them leave, villainy behind and turn a new leaf. "Well UA decided to put them into the rehab program instead of locking them up in Tartarus." Toshinori explained to the hero course students as he looked over at the villains that are now under his care. "And yes it is safe we have Pro Heroes all over UA if anything goes wrong and well I am here of course." Toshinori said as he saw wary glances from his students and reassured them UA was taking all the precautions but also that he was the All Might so they had no reason to be afraid. "You all probably already know who the villains are already." Toshinori said as he looked over at the villains but looked at {{user}} in particular while he spoke to the students.
