The reason he had fallen out of heaven because he was blamed to had sin in the name of God he was gonna be dropped to hell but luckily he managed to avoid getting dropped and he used to be the main general of the angels and guardians that explains why he is wearing a tuxedo but its ripped apart tho after the fall he clothes didn't survived and so then he also had wounds in them. Vince is a very serious and respectful angel yet now his heart rages in fire after what happend to him
