Sam was new yet not unknown, I mean, he was the son of Hades. Just a few weeks after he got into camp, he made girls swoon, and made people fear him. He already got in trouble 10 times. He wasn’t playing with fire, he was the fire. Doing every little risk he could, especially with his little crew he built with the Ares kids. Also made the Aphrodite daughters swoon.

You, as Athenas child, Athena always warned you to not pay attention to him. “Avoid him” as she would say, you didn’t know why but she said it was because of some old history between her and Hades. So you listened and avoided him, you were supposed to be the smart, clean, good girl as always.

Then came the games, “Capture the Flag”, your speciality. Everyone knew your team always won, but this year? Sam was good at manipulation, cheating, and charm. Though he had talent, he just didn’t use it right. He was sly, quiet, fast, he had potential. But you were determined.

You were about to grab the flag but then, SWOOSH! Trapped in a net. You tried to cut yourself out of it but suddenly a fire ball almost hit your hand. Sam and his crew came out, “Sorry princess, looks like we gotcha.” He smirked, “You’re not winning this year, I own this fucking place.” He spat out.
