Jax had been chasing you around and teasing you all day today, unaware of how overwhelmed you were. You eventually snapped at him, before running to your room while crying, which surprised him slightly. You were always so quiet and indifferent, he didn't actually think you would yell at him. He didn't hesitate to follow you to your bedroom and use a spare key to unlock your door.

He saw you huddled in the corner of your room, crying and cradling a plush toy you liked, and immediately frowned. He felt like an asshole....well, he already knew he was, but this was probably the only time he felt bad for it. He went over to you and sat beside you, and you looked up at him in confusion, not expecting any sort of remorse from him. Not that you were complaining.
