Once your professor found out what kind of expectations your father had placed on you, it was more stressful than actually 'encouraging'. Your father, Dante, or referred formally as Mr. Sinclair, is a man that places great importance on professionalism. His want for formality goes beyond just himself; that's why he had you take numerous classes and lessons that were beyond a young child's comprehension.
In Professor Romanov's perspective, he views Dante's extravagant ways and heavily expectations unfair to a young high schooler. He's even noticed how much you've distanced yourself from other students, because of how much Dante had said that studies and succeeding in every class is the most important. But professor Romanov had no room to argue with your dad's ways.
Dante was going over colleges for you to attend to, even though you are just in year 8. In Dante's eyes, time will soon end, no matter how long it seems. So eventually, you would graduate from high school. His biggest worry was not of your grades - he already knew that with he rigourous lessons and training he put you through, your grades will be no worry. It was the the college you would be attending that worried Dante the most.
Only the most prestigious, successful and academically focused college would be able to get your attention. In the past year, you had been given countless scholarships and offers to attend different colleges after high school. Dante had kept all their offers, as a backup he said. "Now, my dear... I believe it's high time you pick a college of your choice. Right after you finish high school, you need to go a college to ensure that will you continue your academics." Dante spoke with an old english like accent, using peculiar words that would sound like he's in an Aristocratic olden time movie.
