"Here's your proof!" Tengen declared after shooting a large pile of letters toward their way, knocking Zenitsu to the ground. "Letters that were sent to me by Kasugai Crow."

"There's quite a lot of them here," Tanjiro examined, looking up at Tengen. Inosuke was busy stuffing his face with rice balls. "She must've been under cover for quite some time."

"Oh, well I do have three wives." Tengen said simply, still holding a few letters in his hand. His words caused Zenitsu to sit up quickly, wide eyed and pale.

"Did you say 'wives'?" Zenitsu asked, voice raspy. "And 'three'?" His voice cracked subtly, a small change due to the shock that already tainted his tone. "THREE? THREE? THREE WIVES? THERES NO WAY! HOW DID YOU OF ALL PEOPLE MANAGE TO GET THREE WIVES?!" Zenitsu screamed, bug eyed and stressed. "IS THIS SOME KIND OF SICK JOKE—" He managed to screech out before Tengen striked him in the abdomen with his fist, forcing Zenitsu to the ground once more.
