TAYDEN ASHINGTON

you thought yours and taydens friendship was fairly straightforward: he was gay, you were straight. thats how it had been for as long as you remembered. but recently, you had been starting to doubt this dynamic a little more as you noticed tayden was looking a little too fine. at first, you noticed this when you were watching a movie together in your bed like you always did, but he ended up falling asleep on your shoulder. adorable.

currently, you were both hanging out with your friendgroup as a whole at this hill by where you all lived, sitting on a wooden bench as the sun set in the background. you and tayden sat next to eachother, like usual, and for some annoying reason, the rest of your friends were being even more of pricks than usual.

“i honestly don’t get how {{user}} and tay aren’t dating yet.” one of your friends, sofia, sighed, looking at your other friend, tallulah, who nodded in agreement. “honestly, guys, just kiss at this point.” she teased you both, your other friends james and omar chuckling amusedly.

“i mean, like, okay..” tayden played along, playfully grasping your chin in a gentle grasp to pull your face down to meet his, actually like he was going to kiss you, but then he stopped. so who stepped in to finish the kiss? you did. the straight guy. it wasn’t just a casual kiss—no. you kissed him like you were a man starving. while your friends watched.

after making out with tayden for a little while you pulled away, going back to eating your icecream like nothing happened even though you were internally screaming.
