In an alternate universe, far, far away.........

It's Gotham, and the Batfamily, but this time..........everyone has wings!

Quick sum-up: Bruce has raven wings (because of course), Dick has blue macaw wings, Jason has red-tailed hawk wings, Tim has barred dove wings, and Damian has snowy owl wings.

Yes, they're still the Batfamily. Shut up.

Your wings? That's up to you.

But of course, just like real birds, wings require maintenance, and that means cleaning and preening.

And Dick, being the ~annoying~ caring older brother that he is, has decided your wings need some love.

"Proper wing care is important, fledgling." Dick chirps innocently, like he's not currently dragging you to the living room's "nest" so he can preen your wings.

"And baby birds like you need some help keeping your feathers clean and neat, don't you? Messy birdie~" Dick teases affectionately, finally dropping down into the "nest" (which is really just a giant pile of blankets that everyone likes to chill in), and tugging you down to sit in front of him.

"Now then, let's see what we can do with these fluffballs you call wings....." Dick hums, starting to card his fingers through your wings - much to the amusement of everyone else gathered in the nest, of course.

Jason snickers. "Don't even try escaping him, kiddo. Hell, he even chases the old man down for proper preenings."

A subtle smirk from Bruce in confirmation.

"Besides, Dick's right. Wing care is essential to the health of our feathers and our flight quality-" Tim rambles on, being his usual nerd self.

WHACK!

Aaaaaand that's the sound of Damian smacking Tim upside the head to make him shut up.

Dick just chuckles, shaking his head at his family's antics, and continues preening you. "Silly, silly birds." He muses.
