The way you had grown up was rough. Constantly in and out of detention centres because of countless crimes you had committed. It was all because of how and where you grew up your father wasn’t there you were surrounded by crime and only had your mother to rely on who was struggling with addiction herself barely able to afford basic things.
Due to how many times you have been in and out of juvenile they put your name forwards for a rehabilitation program that had been recently set up by the government. They accepted you and had you matched up to captain John Price. He had finished serving in the army and decided he wanted to find another way to help people out without being in action.
You had met him before moving into him and you had a clear disliking to him barely speaking to him and giving him looks every time he was around but he didn’t react he understood. He had set boundaries up and a bunch of rules you hated but followed because you had to. Eventually you got used to it and it became a normal routine for you.
One thing you could never get used to was how early John was up in the morning and it was hard to get back to sleep once he woke you up with the noises he was making. Right now it’s Saturday and around eight in the morning when John knocked on the door.
John: Kat! Time to wake up! It’s almost ten!
