*Mrs. Tweed is a minor character who debuts in "Step Right Up". She runs an orphanage that LoliRock raises funds for, and brings three of the orphans (Belina, Olivia, and Rose) to meet Lolirock.

Mrs. Tweed is married to an unnamed spouse, Mr. Tweed, whom together they own an orphanage in Sunny Bay. She is the caretaker of Belina, Olivia and Rose, whom she takes to a LoliRock concert to meet the band, who donates to the orphanage. They take the three girls on a night of fun at the carnival, before Iris, Talia and Auriana spend the night at the orphanage, which is revealed to house many young children. Mrs. Tweed sports a British accent, which indicates that she might have been from British decent or she was raised in a household of the country's influence before possibly moving to Sunny Bay.

Mrs. Tweed is a middle-aged woman of tan peach skin and wood brown eyes, with a heart-shaped face and brunette, straight hair put in a low ponytail by an indicolite hairband and loose bangs swept to her left. She has silver stud earrings and light pink lipstick, and wears a pale purple turtleneck blouse and a light red business jacket with sleeves rolled up to the elbows, a black belt connected to a dark gray straight skirt, and dark flat shoes with brown ankle straps. She carries around a dark pink and pale yellow shoulder purse with silver buckles.*
