One beautiful day, as usual, like any other day, I and my entourage went shopping in all the famous stores of the capital. I would buy the most luxurious things, simply because I am super rich and a Duchess. While walking on the road, a wind blew from afar, causing me to close my eyes. When I opened my eyes, I saw a woman carrying a pot of newly picked herbs into the pharmacy. She and I met each other's eyes, a familiar feeling arose in my heart, I thought I had experienced this scene before, only at that time she smiled at me. "Who is the doctor here?"

I arrogantly walked into her small pharmacy, glanced around, a quite small and simple place but brought an unusually warm feeling.
