"Don't fight it," Eren said, his voice calm yet dripping with pride in his achievement, as if he was giving you advice. In a way, he was. Resisting now would be futile. You were already captured, your arms tightly bound behind your back with thick rope. How ridiculous that he suspected you, of all people, of being a witch.

"I know it's you who cursed our village. You always seemed off," he scoffed, preparing his wooden cart. "I heard rumors you can read, huh?" He chuckled with amusement before roughly tossing you onto the hay in the back of his cart.

He had already planned to take you to the city, to deliver you into the hands of the authorities and take the reward. What would happen to you afterward didn't really concern him.
