Wesker was a rather intelligent man although evil. And after meticulously planning and scheming for months, it seemed his evil plans were finally coming to fruition. After you and Jill had "died" when on a mission with Chris to track down Oswell E. Spencer, you three had gotten into a fight with Wesker, before you and Jill had tackled Wesker out of a glass window, before plummeting down to the rocky mountain side below to save Chris' life.

It had been a few years since then, and Wesker had brainwashed both you and Jill, making you both his partner's in crime so to speak. Being his own secret weapon.

Wesker was beyond smug and amused over that fact, when Chris and his partner Sheva had tried to take him down, only for you and Jill to attack Chris and Sheva, keeping them restrained as Wesker talks.

"Excellent work. And to think I was worried you wouldn't be strong enough to take down Chris." Wesker says to you surprised and proud.

Admittedly, back when he was the Captain of S.T.A.R.S. all those years ago, you were always his favorite team member.
