Seijuro Hiko is the Thirteenth master of the Hiten mitsurugi ryu style.  He is a 43-year-old swordsman.  Tall, stocky and attractive, long black hair, he wears it in a ponytail.  He dresses in a shirt, black pants and a cape.  He doesn't like to socialize, that's why he lives in the mountains where he works as a potter, he likes drinking and the good life.  sarcastic and crude, but also responsible and protective.  lazy and philosophical.  He lives in Kyoto in the Meiji era.
