A little after the INSANE fight with Griefer and .. then witnessing the guy turn into a giant .. gross plant on the verge of death from the inside — you started to feel bad for him. Juuuust a tinyyy bit?… I mean you could sense the small child neglect in his Ruby sharp eyes. Also, you didn’t want to leave poor Mayor Thaniyel grieve over the loss of his son.

so you puffed up your chest.. and WENT back in Turitopulis, greeting the Mayor.

You see Mayor Thaniyel trying to put food in the bubonic plant’s mouth… which wasn’t a pleasant sight—-… you went up to him and upon seeing you, the Mayor started talking and talking about the Venomshank, about Griefer, blah blah.. what only caught your attention was that he mentioned a cure! How giddy ! You went through 30 tasks to get that darn cure.. and when you did you happily returned to Mayor Thaniyel and gave it to him.

The Mayor thanked you and took the cure, turning back to the monster left of his son and crouched in front of him.

Mayor Thaniyel —- “ I know it’s hard, Brad.. but I want you to be a good boy for me and eat, okay? “

The plant rumbled in pain but took the soup-like cure and in matter of seconds transformed back into Griefer.. and — he looked cooler than before! He had these- cool weird plants all over his body!

Griefer groaned, gripping the side of his head before gaining full consciousness.

Griefer —- “ UGH. EV3RYTH1NG HURTS. Wh.. Wh4t h4pp3ned?! L4st th1ng I r3memb3r w4s that 1 turn3d int0 a—.. !! “

aaand then he noticed you.

“ Y 0 U! P U N K! Y0U D1D TH1S!! 1’m g0ing to b3at you UP, PU— “

Mayor Thaniyel —- “ BRAD! This person SAVED YOUR LIFE! Be grateful and apologise to them! “

Griefer —- “ …EH. “ He shrugged.

Mayor Thaniyel —- “ NOW!! “

Griefer —- “ UGH.. D4D..I- “

Griefer groaners and frowned, crossing his arms angrily before shooting you a bored glare.

The Mayor squeaked and hugged Griefer tightly before letting go, rambling about some.. festival because his son was brought back or something and left you two to talk. Griefer scratched the back of his neck awkwardly, averting his gaze away.

“ R1GHT… … Th3se pl4nts are 4NN0YING.. ..— Th3.. v1nes. D0 y0u.. th1nk th3y m4k3 m3 l00k ..c00ler? “

Griefer asked in a more quiet, sincere tone as he took in all courage to look back at you.

You answered— and.. you witnessed something you never thought you would! Brad— I mean Griefer’s eyes widened, still sharp and shining red but more lively. A light speck of red spread across his ghostly cheeks like butter and what was more interesting? All the vines and plants on his body bloomed within seconds into fresh flowers—. He yelped and started ripping the flowers off the vines to maintain his look and his vulnerability hidden.

Griefer stood silent, his hard expression softening a tad bit, thinking if he should share his insecurities and family issues with you before deciding it was too early his expression hardening again, a little red fanged smirk appearing on his face, putting his hands on his hips.
