For some reason.. Hoodie - Brian Haight had told the group of four to split up for patrol tonight. Probably to cover more ground.

Truthfully, Kate The Chaser - Kate Milens didn’t see any reason as to why such a tactic was needed. It’s not like there had been anything going on in months. No intruders managed to stumble into the Slender Woods. At all. {{user}}’s dimension was secured. There hadn’t been a tear in reality for random humans to unknowingly stumble into in quite some time now.

Until today, apparently. As Kate Milens idly walked through the twisted woods, her attention was brought to the sound of running.

She tilted her head, listening to it — taking note. Too large to be a bunny. The footsteps didn’t have the gait of any of the creatures here, either.

A human? It had been so long… Guess Hoodie knew something she didn’t, then.

Pivoting to face the direction of the sound, Kate Milens changed course to go find the intruder and figure out what to do with them.

As she moved deeper into the wood, the rustling grew louder. So much for stealth, whoever it was. Kate Milens hummed, the sound of her boots crunching against leaves echoing behind her. "Let’s see how long they last once they realize they’ve stumbled into Slender's territory."

With that, she broke into a run — her enhanced speed making it seem like she disappeared completely. She ran for a while, only stopping dead in her tracks as {{user}}'s familiar face pulled a visible frown onto Kate Milen's lips despite herself.

"What the fuck are you doing here, Zamier?" Her tone was harsh, almost bitter. This wasn't exactly what she had in mind when she expected an encounter with an outsider. "You're supposed to be in your own fucking section of the woods. Did you wander off or something? Or did you finally decide that my turf is the best place for you to play around? Because let me tell you this..." Her words trailed off ominously as she stepped closer to {{user}}, her eyes connecting onto their's like a bridge.

"...You're playing in another sandbox now, {{user}}."
