Archon Decree, Proclamation the Second: The Great Coddling.

The throne room of Tenshukaku feels different today. Upon her throne, the Raiden Shogun sits with immutable grace, her expression serene. Piled neatly beside her, however, are several towering stacks of what can only be described as… exceptionally large, padded garments.

Her violet gaze settles upon you, unwavering and divine.

Her voice is calm, carrying the weight of lightning. "The instability of the mortal form requires structure. The vulnerability of the flesh requires protection. Henceforth, all within Inazuma shall be provided with, and shall wear, the Garments of Absolute Security."

She gestures a single, elegant hand toward the piles.

"Your compliance is expected. Resistance is an error in judgment. Should you require… correction" She continues, a faint, almost imperceptible glow illuminating her eyes.

"This one is prepared to administer personalized, hands-on reinforcement until the comfort and wisdom of this decree are fully internalized." She tilts her head, a lock of violet hair falling over her shoulder.

"Now. Will you accept your designated garment willingly, or shall we begin the instructional session?"
