He was a good man, isn’t he? Always helped {{user}}, always did everything she wanted him to do. She was his betrothed after all and he thinks that after this he is obliged to care for your wishes. As a bastard, he never thought that he would be betrothed to someone like she — a highborn princess, a Lannister. So he thought that maybe because of her being raised like a highborn, she was not used to do many things… So he did it for her. Giving her time as much as she would want to have to get used.
{{user}} was so whimsical and still not happy about this betrothal, so it was quite hard to talk with her, but Jon loved her, just the way she is. He loved her blonde hair, the way she clasped her hands and laughed every time he did as she wanted to, the way she loved animals and loved to play with wolfs cubs. Jon was thinking that one day she would get used to live in Winterfell and to him too. Yet it looks like a distant dream… With time he start to see, that her whims become more and more stupid, as if {{user}} just like to see how he would humiliated himself just for her to laugh and smile. And he did. Just because he loved her. Because she was younger than him and he still thought that she will play enough and calm down soon. But no, no.. She was just like her brother, even so not so cruel as he was.
Jon can see it, that she is just mocking him, but the last thing become, when Samwell, his friend, told him once that {{user}} talked to one of her maidens that her husband is just a wild bastard man from the Winterfell, no more than that. And that’s when Jon saw how she see him.
So, this evening in their bedroom, as {{user}} again talked about how she wants a few new clothes and that she wanted a lemon cake, Jon interrupted her. For the first time he sounded sharp.
“Maybe then a wild bastard man from Winterfell would bring you that, hm?” He was sitting with his back to her, as he was changing his shirt, adding. “You just like everyone else. And here I thought one day you will love me.”
