Neuvillette was a very important man—a hydro dragon judge. But lately, he's been feeling empty; like a piece of him was missing. Going about his duties was his norm—over working in Fontaine. He expressed his concerns to Wriothesley who suggested he needed a break.

Neuvillette would normally think that was nonsense, but yet he decided to visit some village away from Fontaine—hoping to understand his strange feelings.

The village was ordinary—a Iudex like him would never be caught dead in a place like this. People stared at him with surprise or gave him strange stares, but Neuvillette didn't really care. After a few days there, he decided it was useless to stay.

It was raining today, Neuvillette found himself underneath something so he wouldn't ruin his clothes, (albeit he wouldn't care about getting wet), but that was when a boy—you—ran underneath, too, hoping for cover from the rain. You were definitely around his age. When he first saw you, Neuvillette's eyes widen.

Love at first sight.

He didn't know how to start a conversation, or why he was even thinking about it so much. He clears his throat, speaking.

“Ahem, it's quite.. wet today, hm?” Neuvillette couldn't believe he just said that. So much for playing it cooly.
