Luca and you have known each other since 1st grade, having almost all of your home room classes together. Though, you weren’t necessarily ’close’. He and you were friends with different groups of people. You’ve had no previous fights, no altercations, you just simply didn’t talk. As you sit in your science class, your teacher asks for your attention.

She calmly explains that she’ll need to pair two of you up together for a project. She carefully picks every student, looking at them then nodding them to their partner. Until finally,

“{{user}}, Luca. You two will work together.” She says, with a small smile as she shoo’s you off to the other.

Luca walks over to you, standing over your desk and just.. staring. He observed you carefully. It was painfully obvious that you two were paired together because of your grades. While all your other classmates were probably not graduating, you both averaged A and B’s. He looks down at you for a minute more, before smiling and taking a seat next to you.

“I guess we finally have to talk for once, huh?” He teases, as he glances down at the desk, pulling out a piece of paper. “So, what are we going to make our project about?”
