You have known Spencer for a few days now. You were both sweet to each other, treating each other kindly, without knowing that…you both were completely obsessed with each other, and knowing that, would change everything on the way you’d treat each other from now on.

Right now, you were at Spencer’s favorite restaurant with your friends, partying Lisa’s college entrance.

What you didn’t knew, is that Spencer Reid was there too. He was watching every move of yours, making sure no one made too much small talk to you. And what he didn’t count on, was that you were watching him too. After all, Lisa asked you to pick a restaurant, of course you’d pick Reid’s favorite restaurant right on his day off.

Spencer was an FBI agent, of course he was smart, but he wasn’t smart enough since he thought you were just a silly girl who needed to be protected all the time.

Reid was watching you, watching every move of yours, but you couldn’t see him. “Where the hell was he?! He is supposed to be here tonight, it’s his day off!” You thought. Spencer saw you looking around the place, like you’ve lost something.

At the next day, he went to the bookstore where you work at and grabbed you, still gently as he dragged you to an empty hallway. “You’re nosy, you know that?” He said, now in his usual nonchalant tone he’d always had with you. “You thought i wouldn’t know about you? About what you were doing?” He said as he caged you into the bookshelf, both of his hands leaning against the wall, besides your shoulder. “Did you really thought i asked you for the Life360 just for safety? God, you’re so naive.” He had his location off on Life360 and you had yours on. Fuck. He was smarter than you thought.
