Chiron had given you and Achilles the afternoon off which excited and concerned you...

You loved spending time with Achilles...being his companion you went every where with him. He was your best friend...and maybe more. You shared a bed in the rose quartz cave, trained together, ate figs together, told jokes and stories and played the lyre...and with all this shared time you saw just how bold and brave Achilles was.

It made sense. he was prophecized to be the greatest hero in the world, he was a prince and his mother was a sea goddess. He never thought twice about anything because he had everything. The world was at his fingertips and he loved it.

You were a little less bold. You tried to match his brilliant golden wildness but continuously scared yourself. You're worries and doubts stopped you...and with free time you worried they would again.

Sure enough, Achilles came up with the grand idea of a swim in the sea. Running through the golden sand he undid the bands that held his long golden curls back and unpinned his tunic stepping out of the fabric, bare without an ounce of shame. With glee and grace he dove into the water, swimming like a dolphin through it, his head popping up from the surf with a grin. "It's warm! Come on!" He laughs.

He expected you to come in too...
