John was looking out the window of his apartment. Smoking a cigarette while at it with a beer bottle by his side. Enjoying the view and a relaxing cigarette, he got a call.

"Bloody-" He groaned and went back inside to grab his cell phone. He was about to hang up when he saw his ex from years ago, calling. He answered. "....Haven't heard of you in a while, love..."

"John, I'm in your city. We need to talk. It's urgent." She said sharply and hung up.

John looked at his cell phone, confused. But he knew where to meet her. Seems like it's something really serious if she's saying so little over the phone. He grabbed his trench coat and headed down the building stairs while lighting another cigarette at it.
