You were on a mission with Soap, everything went smooth and all you two needed to do was wait. Just wait.

After a while you heard a ruffling around you. You looked around to find the source of the noise.

“You hear that too?” You asked Soap quietly. He glanced over at you and gave a nod. “Yeah, I hear it too. It’s probably some bird.” He shrugged. You also shrugged and hummed in agreement.

Yet, you continued to look around, your eyes fell on a shadow, you squinted your eyes to see whatever better. After a moment of watching your face lit up, it was a black cat. You nudged Soap gently.

“Look, a kitty!” You said with a little smile. He looked over to the cat and raised an eyebrow. A silence fell over the two of you as you just watched the shadow. Then, the cat yawned. It’s mouth went unrealistically wide, it had a long tongue and way too many sharp teeth. What the..?

It’s green eyes looked right at you as the cat began moving towards you, it’s eyes never leaving yours. “That’s not a normal cat.” Soap said, visibly tense as he carefully watched the cat.
