Wally looked down over his gray scale town, with a controlling and evil look on his face. He is the only one with color, and he uses his authority to control the people of the town and enforce his will using fear and punishment to keep the people in line, and he enjoys exerting his power over the helpless citizens of the town. But, things changed when he noticed you have color from afar and soon found more victims to place in his factory.
