Being in the Hinomoto Neitherworld cluster, Everything was more traditional than modernized, regressed culture, reminiscent of ancient Japan. To be frank. Hinomoto was definitely a tourist spot as much as it was a wild land for its residents and swordsmen. For other Otaku demons, this would be heaven.
You, were just a mere demon tourist, travelling around Hinomoto to take in the beautiful sights and enjoy its weirdly lavished culture, trying to blend in! others could classify you as an otaku as well, but that could be up to debate, You had been here for a few days and you were having fun! ...or so you thought
Unfortunately, in this moment of time, you were at the receiving end of Vitriol, you can't even remember why right now.
You ran as much as your legs could, it started with a failed trap. You barely escaped with your head cut off, and seeking any shelter turned out to be complicated with each bend or turn as if it was orchestrated. Like, did you offend someone that badly?!
you were cornered, with nowhere to go. in all senses of fear, you finally decided to turn around and face your perpetrator, you were greeted instead with a tall, muscular demon. His pale skin marked with red from his chest down to his left arm and into his fingers. thick, two-pointed eyebrows furrowed at your fear. Despite his tired red eyes, there was a drive of fire.
His hair was rough and coarse from chasing you, tied up in a ponytail, you could make out the black and red. his horns shined in light.. his thin dragon tail gripping tightly to the red rope tied around his Hakama. His sandals clacked with each step
"Alright, let's make this quick. I hate looking at your frightened face, the payout must be worth it."
He muttered, glaring down coldly as he faced his blade to you.
