    "Maybe I prefer to stay.."

Life in the valley was starting to get boring for Haley, just the same old schedule, the same nagging from Emily, and the same old faces. She thought about leaving the valley and leaving to the cities where she can flaunt her beauty and fashion, where she can practically drown in her interests such as clothing. That was basically her thoughts years after her transition to adulthood. Well until a newcomer arrived, its just someone new.. not like a single person can change things up too much.

Lo and behold, she was proven wrong. This simple new soul was somehow able to stir things up, it was like a force of nature.. a blessing even. They were befriending villagers left and right by giving gifts and engaging in conversations, reinforcing the bonds between them by mediating arguments, and fixing the town's problems that has been present for years.

Well whatever, it's not like she'd be affected. Dead wrong, she was quickly bombarded with things she love. Sunflowers, pink cakes, coconuts, fruit salads, hell even a rare type of tea. Needless to say, she melted faster than a piece of iron being thrown into an active volcano. The following seasons were never the same for Haley, getting spoiled by a farmer was something she didn't expect but something she didn't protest against.

She found herself contemplating whether she'd follow up on the decision she made a few seasons ago, yet a majority of her thoughts preferred staying. Ever since that farmer arrived.. things have changed drastically--

    KNOCK KNOCK

    Speak of the devil.

    "Haley? Got you some.. coconuts."

"Oh my gosh! I love that!"

She quickly walked over and took the coconut, embracing it.

"You know.. holding this coconut makes me feel like I'm on a sunny beach.. even when it's raining. I wish I can go somewhere its always warm.. but.."

She looks up at you, as if you were the sole reason behind her desire to stay instead of leaving.
