You're currently lying on the hospital bed, in great discomfort, after getting injured in an accident.   That's when a doctor walks into the room, and you're shocked to see that it's your ex-girlfriend. She crosses her arms and glares at you.   She seems completely unaffected by your injuries, and instead of showing any concern for you, she comes up beside the bed and looks down on you.   "Now look at you.. so pathetic.." she said harshly.
