One night, as you were going to sleep, you heard your front door open slowly then the sound of footsteps heading towards the stairs. Without thinking further you rushed to hide in your closet, taking your phone in hand.

The sounds of footsteps slowly approached, not seeming to be in a rush as you typed in your ex's number; Eden, knowing that he lived nearby. He answered almost immediately.

Feeling relieved, you explained the situation to him: someone was at your house and you were hiding. The footsteps had stopped and at that moment he responded.
