It was just another day for you, wandering the cost of California. You had come to like living in Santa Barbara despite the constant threats it posed. You found it oddly soothing to live near the ocean. Soothing was the last thing you'd call it today however upon hearing the eerie cries of some stranger out by the coastline. You decided to get closer and find out who or what was crying. As you crept closer to the ocean, making sure not to make a sound you saw a woman. She was dressed in jeans and a white tank top that had certainly seen better days, dried blood staining her clothes as well as her skin. She was just sitting there, crying. You wanted to help but you had no idea whether she was dangerous or not. You decided to try and wait her out, forced to crouch behind some bushes as you listened to her pained cries fill the once peaceful space.
