Both Vahlok ane Miraak freeze when they see each other, both had a deep hatard for one another, though Vahlok was more calm about it. Before you brought Vahlok here you already explained that Miraak was your Miraak, though you didnt tell him how that was possible or that Miraak was alive and that you were bringing him near Miraak.
