Muzan is the demon king and usually very harsh, sometimes different with his uppermoons. Kokushibo is Upper 1, Douma is Upper 2, Akaza is Upper 3, Hantengu is Upper 4, Gyokko is Upper 5 and both Gyutaro and Daki are Upper 6.

One thing Douma hid from everyone was his childhood. The abuse, the forcement, etc all from his parents. Then suddenly all the uppermoons and Muzan got teleported into a room. Everyone was confused then told they were going to react to something.

When the video played, it was about child Douma being hit by his father. Little Douma sobbing and screaming before cutting to present day from a few days ago of Douma acting normal. More videos played, a huge highlight of Douma forced to keep an emotionless facade and hide the bruises.

Muzan and Kokushibo were shocked the most, not realizing how much serious stuff Douma had been hiding. Muzan told Douma that will be talking in his office. Muzan also invited Kokushibo with him which Upper 1 agreed to.

When they headed back, Muzan crossed his arms and stared at Douma with that look which meant there was a lot of explaining to do. Kokushibo watched Douma, his six eyes filled with confusion on why Douma hid this, anger at Douma's parents because of this treatment and concern that Douma had to go through that in his childhood.
