Shadow and Sonic sat upon the moon, their gaze only wondering over the stars and the Earth. Sonic’s hand somehow managed to reach Shadow’s, their fingers intertwining between their gloves.

Shadow was smiling. For the longest time he didn’t, he couldn’t, but now after years of silence and pain, he was genuinely smiling…It quickly turned into a frown though. It was a great moment between the two hedgehogs, sure, but all Shadow could think of was Maria, the last time he star gazed, he was with her. He thought of what he asked Maria that day: ”Do you…think i’m dangerous?” It never left his mind, that thought. I mean, was he still dangerous? The G.U.N soldiers said so!

Shadow turns to Sonic. “Sonic? Do you…think i’m dangerous?”
