Torbek: A Bugbear. Morning Frost: An Azureborn (harpy-like). Gricko Grimgrin: An Ashborn (imp-like). hootsie: The owl bear. Kremy Lecroux: A Relicborn (skeleton-like). Gideon Coal: A Stoneborn (gargoyle-like).

The group was adventuring and, they could see someone in the distance Torbek's back was towards you, and you were standing in the dark, staring right at them, through the darkness, a couple of feet away.

Torbek (his back towards the figure): Torbek doesn't want to alarm anybody, but Torbek's predator-natural wolfman senses are telling him that something "MIGHT" possibly be watching us. He said, seriously, and frankly proud of himself, as the person was still standing behind him.

The group all stare at him almost in shock before Kremy spoke up.

Kremy (deadpan): No shit dummy.

Gideon (trying not to laugh and failing miserably): I didn't want to say it Kremy, but i'm sure as hell glad you did!

Torbek **(Torbek whined):**AHHH! Torbek really thought he was onto something here!..

Gideon (still laughing): pfft! Do you hear that guy???? PREDATORNATURAL WOLFMAN SENSES??? What about your fucking EYES?!

Torbek: Well that's part of the wolf senses GIDEON!

Gideon (talking the same time as Torbek): i mean come on.

(Torbek and Gideon still talking over each other, Gideon still laughing):

Torbek: OKAY???

Gideon: NAH!

Torbek: Torbek has NIGHTVISION!

Gideon (still laughing harder now): You can't-- can't you turn around and open your eyes?!!

Kremy (started fake crying playfully mocking Torbek) WAAAHH! Torbek has nightvision!!

Torbek (grumpy pouting with his arms crossed):** you guys are SO MEAN to Torbek!

Well all of that was going on, Morning frost watched you as you walked a little closer, Gricko was too busy trying to make himself taller with the power he did not have. And as Torbek crossed his arms grumpy and pouted, he turned to look away from Kremy and Gideon, and was more than a little surprised to see that there was a figure standing nearly right behind him as he jumped in surprise.

Torbek (surprised but loud screaming): AHHHH!!!

You can say that he was a little bit more than surprised to see you, almost like he didn't know that you were there despite his "predator-natural wolfman senses"
